Customers can register as an H‧COINS member via the H‧COINS App. Each member may earn up to a maximum of 90,000 H Coins (including the 3X H Coins rewards) per set of eligible sales receipts. The maximum transaction amount is HK$30,000 for each receipt.
^From now until 31 December 2025, eligible Mastercard cardholders will automatically qualify to participate in the Lucky Draw. Based on a single sales slip, each eligible transaction will be awarded a chance to enter the Monthly Lucky Draw and 10 chances to enter the Quarterly Lucky Draw. “The Height of Flavours” Terms and Conditions

“The Height of Flavours” (herein referred to as “Programme”) is held at 3 Henderson malls (herein referred to as “participating malls”), including (i) H Queen’s, (ii) H Code and (iii) H Zentre.
This Programme will be held from 1 December 2025 to 31 January 2026, both days inclusive, or will conclude on the day when all rewards of the Programme are redeemed, whichever is earlier.
This Programme is only applicable to eligible Mastercard issued in Hong Kong or Macau.

The advertising or public relation agencies of the participating malls as well as the employees and family members of all merchants at participating malls are not permitted to participate in this promotion.
H Queen’s, H Code, H Zentre, and Mastercard reserve the right to amend any of the terms and conditions herein. In the event of any dispute, the decision of H Queen’s, H Code, H Zentre, and Mastercard will be final. The above programmes are subject to change and may be cancelled without prior notice.
Where there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of any promotional materials, the English version shall prevail.

“Reward 1” Terms and Conditions

Customers who make a single net transaction (as defined in Clause 11) of HK$3,000 or above using an eligible Mastercard at participating restaurants and pay in full will receive HK$600 cashback.
Cardholders must settle the full payment using Mastercard, including physical cards or digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and contactless payments via Mastercard. Transactions made via e-wallets (including Alipay and WeChat Pay) will not qualify as Eligible Transactions for this promotion.
Each eligible Mastercard is eligible for Reward 1 once during the promotion period. Redemption is on first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. The redemption will be terminated accordingly without prior notice.
A successful restaurant reservation does not guarantee reward redemption, which is subject to reward availability on the day of consumption.
The rewards are only applicable to dine-in and walk-in takeaway, and are not applicable to orders from any online or 3rd party food delivery platforms.
No combined or split bills will be accepted.
Cashback will be calculated based on each individual eligible Mastercard of the customer. Such eligible Mastercard accounts should remain valid and in good standing when the relevant cashback are credited. Should the cashback be posted to an account that is blocked or terminated (whether or not resulting from a discretion exercised by the Issued Card Company), the related cashback redemption will be cancelled and the affected Cardholder will not have any right to seek redress from the Company.
The eligible transaction must be completed within the Promotion Period. The cashback will be credited to the eligible Mastercard account within 30 days after the posting of the eligible transaction and will be shown on the monthly statement.
Cashback rewards will be automatically applied to pay part of the billed amount for that month. The cashback cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or credit limit, and cannot be used to settle the minimum payment.
Any transactions which are eventually cancelled / returned or found to be fraudulent will be considered as ineligible transactions and cashback rewarded will be deducted from account.
"Net Single Transaction" refers to the single transaction after deducting all applicable discounts, sale amounts, and cash coupon value. Unposted, cancelled, refunded, forged, or unauthorized transactions are not eligible for this reward.
Participating malls are not the provider of the goods, services, products, and food items. Any enquiries, complaints, or disputes relating to the goods, services, products, and food items should be directed to the Participating Restaurants. Participating malls give no representation or guarantee as to the goods, services, products, and food items provided by the Participating Restaurants (including but not limited to the quality and quantity of goods, services, products, and food items) and does not accept any liability arising in conjunction with the goods provided by the Participating Restaurants. The Participating Restaurants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the goods, services, products, and food items.

“Reward 2” Terms and Conditions

During the promotion period, customers must register as an H·COINS member (herein referred to as “members”) via H‧COINS App to take part in “Reward 2”.
To participate in “Reward 2”, members are required to present a set of eligible original machine-printed sales receipts from participating F&B merchants, along with the corresponding Mastercard payment slips from transactions made. Members must successfully register H Coins by uploading the aforementioned receipts to the H·COINS app ( H Coins are awarded at a base rate of 1 H Coin for every HK$1 spent, any amount less than HK$1 will not be counted) and will be entitled to earn 3X H coins (compute based on the merchant’s machine-printed receipt). Each member is eligible to earn up to a maximum of 90,000 H Coins (including the 3X H Coins rewards) with actual spending amount of HK$30,000 per each set of eligible sales receipts (one merchant’s machine-printed sales receipt together with corresponding electronic payment slip(s) are regarded as a set of valid sales receipts). That is, the maximum transaction amount is HK$30,000 for each receipt. If the actual transaction amount is over HK$30,000, a maximum of 90,000 H coins could only be redeemed. There is no redemption or re-issuance of H Coins above 90,000 H Coins. The earned H Coins will be credited to the member's account within 14 days.
The machine-printed sales receipts and corresponding Mastercard payment slips for all purchases should be dated between 1 December 2025 and 31 January 2026. The electronic machine-printed receipt must clearly state the transaction amount, merchant name, merchant address, transaction date, and invoice number. The amount, merchant name and date on each valid electronic machine-printed receipt and the Mastercard payment transaction stub must be the same. Payments by cash; payments with re-printed, handwritten, or photocopied machine-printed sales receipts, duplicates of sales receipts and payment slips will not be accepted for H coins registration.
Machine-printed sales receipts from the following merchants or service providers are not eligible for H Coins registration: purchase of pre-sales vouchers (including cash coupons, gift certificates, gift cards, shopping cards and membership cards, etc.), use or redeem of pre-sale vouchers (including cash coupons, cake cards, dining coupons, gift certificates, food coupons, any kinds of trade-in transactions or product redemptions, gift cards, shopping cards and membership cards, etc.), online shopping receipts, any value-added services receipts, any goods collection receipts and receipts in relation to cancellation or refund of transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, the purchase of product vouchers (including cake cards, food coupons, any kinds of trade-in transactions or product redemptions, etc.) are eligible for H Coins Registration.
Only the actual transaction amount will be counted for H Coins registration, that is, the net amount paid after deducting discounts, service charges, promotion coupons, cash coupons, gift certificates, gift cards, points, credit card rebates, or any form of rewards or rebates. For instalment payments, the amount of the first instalment paid rather than the total transaction amount will be counted towards H Coins redemption. The corresponding balance payment will not be eligible for any promotional offers. Deposit and balance payments will be counted according to the transaction amount paid as stated on the respective merchant’s machine-printed sales receipt.
Each set of valid machine-printed receipt with corresponding electronic payment slip is entitled to redeem once (except for H Coins registration and parking promotion).
In case of fraud or abuse, the participating malls reserve the right to immediately cancel or recall all received H coins.
The H Coins registration by members is subject to the terms and conditions under “H Coins registration”. For details, please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” on the H·COINS website or mobile app.
H Coins Intelligence Limited, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls have the absolute right and discretion to deny any disqualified and/or invalid sales receipts. Furthermore, H Coins Intelligence Limited, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls also reserve final approval with respect to all related sales receipts and redeemed e-coupons. Members may not appeal any decision.
H Coins Intelligence Limited, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls reserves the right to modify the structure and content of H·COINS at any time without prior notice, including all content appearing on the mobile App/ website, H Coins registration, H Coins conversion, expiry dates of H Coins, available rewards and offers, methods for redeeming and collecting rewards, and any special offers, terms and conditions, and other items, as well as termination of H·COINS. It is the responsibility of members to remain informed about the structure and content of H·COINS, including any modifications of these terms and conditions. Registering H Coins or redeeming rewards and offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions by members. H Coins Intelligence Limited, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating properties will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from any changes to the structure and/or content of H·COINS, including amendments to these terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the decision of H Coins Intelligence Limited, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls will be final.
